Update Notice (Ver. 1.0.13)

Thank you for enjoying “R-Type Final 3 Evolved”.

Update (Ver. 1.0.13) is now live in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong as of July 16, 2026.

Updates for other regions will be announced on the official website and social media channels once their release schedules are finalized.

Below is a list of the details of the update (Ver. 1.0.13).

1. Fixed an issue where the game could crash when clearing a stage with the backer-exclusive R-Craft “R-9A2D D-DRAGON” while the Force was detached.

2. Fixed an issue where the “NEW” marker remained on the “Shop” option in the Main Menu even after all “NEW” markers had been cleared from the items in the Shop.

3. Added a new “Behavior when Force is detached” option to the Options menu. Selecting Type A restores the behavior from the initial release of R-Type Final 2. Selecting Type B provides controls similar to those in R-Type Final.*

4. Added a new “Ship Movement Input Type” option to the Options menu. Selecting Type A makes diagonal inputs slightly easier to register. Selecting Type B makes up, down, left, and right inputs slightly easier to register.*

*For both options 3 and 4, the default settings in this update (Ver. 1.0.13) provide the same behavior as in Ver. 1.0.10.

5. Various other bug fixes and stability improvements.
